Cotoneaster franchetti - Potgrown, 40-60 cm

Cotoneaster.
This upright-spreading evergreen from western China, Tibet and Burma. Grows to about 3m tall with long, cane-like arching branches. Elliptic to ovate, hairy, pointed leaves have curved veins on the glossy upper surface, are hairy beneath. In late spring bears small clusters of pink-white flowers, followed by bright orange-red berries which last into winter. Adaptable to most garden conditions, in both warm and cool climates.
