Cotoneaster simonii - Potgrown, 40-60 cm

Himalayan cotoneater.
A deciduous or semi- evergreen, upright and branched shrub from the eastern Himalayas. Grows to 3m in height with small deep green, very glossy leaves. The summer flowers are solitary and white red and are followed by small, slightly pear-shaped. orange-red fruits. The young twigs are covered in dense, reddish-brown hairs. Deciduous like full sun, evergreens like sun or semi-shade.
