Eucalyptus gunnii, Potgrown

Cider gum, Gum tree.
This species of tree will grow to about 24m tall and has a multi-trunk. It has light reddish brown bark that will peel irregularly revealing white under-bark. The leaves are produced in opposite pairs of rounded, grey-green leaves. The mature trees have 8cm long, lanceolate leaves. The flowers are small cream and will bloom in the spring and summer they are followed by tiny goblet-shaped seed capsules. Partial sun. Height 10 to 20m, spread 5 to 14m.
