Description
The most elegant colour and shape thuja .
Thuja smaragd (Emerald) , (pot grown/root balled available most of the year) Hedging and single planting.
They are upright with straight trunks, and are covered in deeply fissured fibrous bark.
The foliage is aromatic and will produce sprays of scale-like-needle-like leaves. Like most conifers, there are woody fruits called cones. They will tolerate the cold, and will grow well in well drained soil, they prefer full sun and dislike dry conditions.
The Thuja smaragd is by far the most attractive conifer . Very suitable for hedging and as solitary tree.
