Caryopteris clandonensis 'Heavenly Blue' - Potgrown, 30-40 cm

Blue spires.
These are deciduous sub-shrubs; there are about 6 species of woody perennials. The leaves are toothed and are arranged in opposite pairs. They will produce purple or blue flowers in clusters. They are frost hardy and will prefer a sunny position with light well drained soil. You will need to cut back hard in spring. The cultivars are propagated by cuttings only in the summer. Blooms are deep blue. Height 0,6 to 1 m, spread 0,6 to 1,5 m.
