Corylopsis pauciflora - Potgrown, 40-60 cm

Buttercup witch hazel.
A bushy spreading deciduous shrub native to Japan and Taiwan. Ovate-heart shaped leaves are bright green, bronze when young. Bell-shaped flowers are a paler yellow-orange colour than those of most other Corylopsis species, smelling of cowslips and borne from early to late-spring. Reaches a height of 1.5 m, with slender branches and bronze new growths. Partial sun.
